The Defenders 3rd annual golf tournament on June 3, 2012 at 1PM    RAIN OR SHINE

The tournament will be held at Southers Marsh Golf Course in Plymouth, MA

Golf Application (single or double applicants will be placed into a foursome)

Entry fee includes:

Green Fees - Cart - Free use of the Driving Range - Entry into BOTH hole-in-one contests

Entry in the Longest Drive Contest - Awards banquet (with meal) after the tournament - Gift Bag
